Challenges faced, future projects, and the way forward

“Like every young person I faced the challenge of not having all the support I needed when I started my journey. From lack of family support, to lack of financial resources, inadequate skills, among others”, JAVNYUY stated.

“But then, these challenges build us for the future”, he said.

“The way forward is to continue building COSDEF Group LTD to be a thriving innovative institution in Africa and driving innovative change in the business ecosystem across the continent”, JAVNYUY reaffirmed.

“From October 1st 2020 we are launching The Future of Work Industry Leaders Fellowship which is a premier program of The Center for Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Business Management Development (CELBMD) Africa – The Pan African Professional Institute”, JAVNYUY revealed.

“As people, technologies, businesses, workplaces and lifestyles continue to evolve; professionals will need to evolve along with them. The strong purpose of the fellowship is to take professionals through the process of laying down the groundwork for what is coming and how they can take advantage. The fellowship desires to ensure that professionals are empowered, not replaced, by the disruptive new technologies that are rewriting the marketplace”, JAVNYUY disclosed.

Word of wisdom to the youth

” We are the ones we have been waiting for. It is time we continue to assume responsibilities to cause the change we desire in the social and economic space in Cameroon and Africa”, JAVNYUY advised.

“We cannot do this by just talking. We need to do this skillfully, and this has to be driven by consistent actions”, JAVNYUY reiterated.
